As promised, here is the journal for you to download to record your gratitudes every day in November. You will notice it is black and white. This is done intentionally. For those of you that wish to get creative, consider it a canvas. For those that can get overwhelmed with too much on the page, the simplicity is for you. It is whatever you make it. You can chop it up and bind it, or you can simply print and staple. Carry it with you or leave it in a sacred space. No matter how it looks, the most important thing is to practice gratitude.
A special thank you to my friend Jill Carstens for her lettering throughout the journal. We met in college and she is one of those special people that impact your life and touch your heart. I am honored she is a part of the gratitude project.
If you missed yesterday's post about how to keep a gratitude journal, be sure to read it. It has 5 great tips to keep you focused all month.
