November is right around the corner, which means it’s time for gratitude month. I have something BIG in the works this year just for you. I have created a 30 day program with coaching tools, journal prompts, and other various exercises that will help you build a gratitude practice. It requires very little time, and there are a host of benefits to practicing gratitude. Many of them physical as well as mental. I’ve created a page on my website to tell you all about it. Of course I will also have the gratitude tree in my yard again. Every November I designate a tree in my front yard as the gratitude tree and ask my family, friends and neighbors to come by and hang a tag from the tree with what they are grateful for written on it. It’s been a rewarding experience, and this year I want to reach more people. Watch for details in the next week or so about how you can create your own gratitude tree in your neighborhood, school, or place of business.
