I have often been told that I give good advice. I'd like to think it's sourced from various life experiences and training, but it's more so from my ability to feel what people are really feeling. I consider myself to be a field guide for life. An outside perspective that helps you see what is getting in your way and help you move it. You do the work, I show you the map. That's the foundation of my coaching practice. However, there are many people that can't afford (with their money or time) a life coach.
That's were my new advice column gives you the opportunity to have a question answered without the worry of time or money The Hey, Abby! column will feature a question from a reader with expert advice from me, your field guide for life.
Hey, Abby! What type of questions will you answer?
I will answer anything related to your life experiences. Here are a few examples...
"Hey, Abby! My husband and I got into a huge fight over our Christmas budget. His way of showing his love is through giving, which I think is wonderful, but he has really blown the budget. he is spending way too much money and I think it's excessive. How do I get him to realize that it's ok to give, but within the confines of our budget?" -Budget Burnout Betty-
"Hey, Abby! I'm feeling out of sorts lately. I'm angry all the time and don't know why. I just can't seem to catch a break. Nothing in my life is going right. Why am I feeling this way?" -Down and Out Debbie-
"Hey, Abby! How I do make a vision board?" -Resolute Rhonda-
The questions can really be about ANYTHING! So it's time to start asking. You can fill out the form below or go to my contact page any time and shoot me an email. The first question will be answered in January.
