This week I wrote about finding compassion for others when they have wronged you. I am excited to share a resource with you from the Center for Healthy Minds at the University of Wisconsin-Madison that will help you with your compassion journey. Helen Weng, the founder, and her team have the amazing job of researching and developing compassion training. Weng created a 30 minute guided meditation to cultivate compassion towards a loved one, yourself, a neutral person, an enemy, and for all.
