We are at the close of 2016. At the end of every year I ask my clients to take stock of what happened in their life during the previous months. While staying present is important to gratitude and joy, it is also important to let go of what we are still holding on to, but also celebrate the joys. By doing so, you set a great foundation for the intentions you want to set for the new year.
I've created a worksheet for you to guide you through the process of reflection. The questions are designed to give you an in depth look at the past year. It will help you take stock of what is working for you and show you what you need to let go.
I encourage you to print out the worksheet and spend some quiet moments filling it out. Putting pen to paper is really the best way to do this. The physical act of writing creates a mind body connection that helps the brain process the experience.
